Delighted by the exceptional service and delectable cuisine at Inca in northern Colorado, I reveled in the generous portions and scrumptious Tex-Mex flavors. The cozy ambiance, coupled with the attentive server, Wilbur, made for a memorable dining experience that left me eager to return for more flavorful dishes and friendly service.

Absolutely love this restaurant. I've been going there for the last 20 years. Best service friendly environment not to mention the food is fantastic no matter what you choose. Not only is there drinking in you one to admire but their food menu has plenty of choices for anyone including those picky eaters.
