I had a blast at Dog Bar & Grill on my recent visit. The fried pickles and mushrooms were absolutely addictive, especially the mushrooms - perfectly crispy! Make sure to snag a side of their jalapeño ranch dressing, it's a game-changer. The Hangover Burger and green chili were tasty too. If you're ever passing through southeast Colorado or exploring Cuchara, don't miss out on this gem of a spot!
