Old Blinking Light has some standout dishes like the best Brussels sprouts I've ever had and a juicy, flavorful bison meatloaf that keep me coming back. The service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere cozy with both indoor and patio seating, and the owners' New Mexico roots shine through in their use of Hatch chile, adding a unique touch to many dishes.
