Worst experience at a Cracker Barrel ever. When we arrived on a Thursday evening, we were told that the wait would be 20 minutes. The wait was 35 minutes. After being seated it took another 15 minutes just for water. Their soda machine was not working, but the server never thought to offer bottled soda? The food took another 20 minutes and it was lukewarm when it finally arrived, plus they didn't have gravy for the Turkey. The music was so loud that we couldn't hear ourselves talk. Our table, chairs and menus were dirty. We will not return. It was a huge disappointment, a waste of our time and hard earned money.

A 3 year old could do better than the collective effort of the Loveland Co employees and manager
I will never attempt too order from this restaurant again
