The atmosphere at Ellyngton's is inviting, and the food truly hits the mark. I enjoyed the cured salmon toast, which was a standout, and my egg white omelette was satisfying as well despite a couple of small issues. The staff was friendly and attentive, making it a pleasant experience overall, and I'm already looking forward to returning with friends during the holiday season.
