The Ethiopian Restaurant on Colfax surprised me with its amazing flavors and cozy ambiance. I enjoyed the Kay Wot and Special Tibs dishes, both of which were delicious. The Yater Alicha and Tekel Gomen sides were also flavorful and satisfying. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience that I look forward to repeating.
