The customer service during this visit truly stood out, especially when an employee quickly helped resolve an issue with a lost game card by promptly involving the manager and ensuring the credit was transferred without hassle. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable for kids of various ages, with a great mix of classic and new arcade games, complemented by tasty food that arrived hot and fresh despite a busy kitchen. Our server was attentive, friendly, and patient with the kids, making the dining experience just as memorable as the gaming, and the added perks like parking validation and a rewarding loyalty program made the outing even more convenient.
