I cannot recall a more disaterous experience. My girlfriend and I ate there yesterday. The place was empty, aside from the obnoxious sounds coming from the help. My girlfriend and I were coming from a doctor's apointment and she was eating for the first time that day. I expressed how important bread was to a sandwich when ordering. Well, the bread that arrived was definitely stale. Horrible. The soup was bitter and old. The salad was, however, acceptable. The potatoe pancakes were clearly burnt. We sent them back. The new ones were bearly acceptable. Also not good. We were disgusted throughout the entire process. Simply getting water was a huge problem and extended delay. The waitress greeted us with a big unsanitary sneeze on top of it all. When we wanted anything, at all, the waitress was not available. Remember, there were no other customers there. I even had to go to the register to pay. The waitress did not even notice. The man at the register was the owner. He was rushed and uninterested in our experience. The experience was awful. I would never set foot in that place again. In fact, my hard-earned $20 (with nio tip, by the way) was very poorly spent. There was no value. Actuiall,y, I will report this experience to the BBB and the department of health. I believe the conditions there were a health hazzard. I could not be more dissatisfied and disgusted.
