The staff here is super friendly, but I've noticed some folks tend to grumble about the service and food - probably because it's located in an office building, and they're not thrilled about being at work. Despite that, I've been a regular visitor and only had one instance of a wilted salad, which was quickly replaced by an attentive employee.
