Very surprised and dissapointed in the poor customer service experience we had today at Firebrand!! We have eaten there at least four times, the sandwiches are very good. Today we walked out, due to how rude the owner (1 of the 2 sisters) was to us. My wife was asking questions to the person behind the register, and the owner just butted in, and said "it's OK you don't understand" but we can't make a change, after he had just said it was no problem. This was in reference to a possible substitution on a sandwich. She was just so rude and condescending to my wife, and went on to explain how hard it is for the cook. It wasn't what she said, it was how awfully rude she was. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Maybe they will learn that this sister/owner shouldn't interact with customers and should stay in the back.

I would offer this suggestion to the owner... have faith in your employees because he has significantly better customer service skills!

We won't be going back!
