Jorge's is a must-visit Mexican restaurant in Pueblo - the Green Chile is flavorful, the wait staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always enjoyed their delicious dishes and fantastic margaritas. Whether it's the tasty burritos, the spicy rellenos, or the generous portions, Jorge's never disappoints.
