I am a native of Pueblo Colorado and I know Estella's Mill Stop restaurant is the mexican best Restaurant in Colorado... And I have tried many Mexican restaurants all over the United States and the service is friendly and food is delicious😋

They have the best Mexican Food I've ever had. Easily the best Green Chili to be found. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

i love the mill stop when i was little my dad would take me there every thing on the menu is the bomb my favorite is the red chicken enchiladas my dad ate there every morning before he went to work at the steal mill it is the Mexican food any were and i have traveled a lot
