Over the past month, I've been treating myself to a tamale plate weekly, always impressed by the consistent flavors and friendly service at Santiago's. Growing up in Colorado but surrounded by Tex-Mex in Texas, I appreciate their unique take on Mexican food, especially their unbeatable green chile and delicious stuffed sopapillas that my girlfriend, a Texan, loved trying for the first time.
