I really enjoy going to Nrgize at LA Fitness in Stamford, it's a great spot to grab a drink post-workout. My go-to is the protein pump, but honestly all the drinks are tasty. The lady working there is so friendly and they have some delicious snacks available, like the ostrich jerky sticks. Make sure to ask for a loyalty card, so you can earn a freebie after collecting 8 stamps!
