A few weeks ago, I experienced an error in my drive-thru order from this restaurant. Upon contacting the manager, he assured me that he would make things right when I returned. Today, when I revisited the establishment and explained the situation with my original receipt, the manager promptly re-prepared my entire order at no charge. The level of customer service provided was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The menu offerings, particularly the burgers and fries, stand out compared to other fast-food chains like Burger King or McDonald's. Despite the consistently friendly staff, service can sometimes be slow. The restaurant prides itself on offering freshly cooked meals made to order, with daily deliveries of ingredients and the availability of all-day breakfast. Additionally, they feature two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines and provide the convenience of a drive-thru for customers.
