Horrible pizza, ordered a party sized pizza with hamburg and bacon...delivered for $27 and change. I tipped $5.00... went to open box, and was shocked to see that there were tiny crumbled pieces of what I suppose was supposed to be hamburg and bacon, but I couldn't be sure. I was embarrassed to serve this to my guests and will never order from Empire ever again. This was horrible, I felt very ripped off. Don't order delivery, or if you do, open the box before you pay. I wouldn't have paid for it if I had looked first. Their done... won't waste my hard earned money on them again.

Quality is very inconsistent, I enjoyed the pizza once or twice, but when they foul up there is major denial. Employees are very rude and worst customer service ever.

We had ordered from Empire plenty of times before. No major mess ups and the food was decent. Last order the girl taking the order was rude, messed up the order, had to call back to confirm card info because she had that wrong too. After the food was delivered I called back to explain the mistake. I was questioned by two woman including the one that took my order originally. At the end of the call they confirmed they would send the driver back with the right ordered item - they never delivered it - MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Good, cheap, and cheesy pizza. I haven't had their other menu items but they have a really large menu. Their sauce is pretty good too. It's not gourmet pizza like the new haven or new york joints but if you are craving greasy, cheesy pizza this place is pretty good.

Empire is great and they have a huge menu - it is pizza and "diner" food... and the girl answering the phones doesn't speak English very well so she comes off as snotty, but she is very sweet.

We love Empire Pizza!! Out in Portland we don't have much to choose from, never mind places that deliver and are some what affordable! Empire has never had a mess up with our order, always delivered in great time with hot fresh food and the prices are very reasonable!! And we love that we don't have to always order pizza, sandwiches, dinners everything MMMM ordering right now!!!
