The food at Elmo's was delicious, with generous portions that allowed me to bring some home in a doggie bag. Despite living in Manchester for over three decades, my first visit to Elmo's dockside was prompted by a $50 gift card we had won. The Monday night crowd was bustling, possibly drawn in by the happy hour specials from 3-6, and the service was pleasant, though there is room for improvement in the drinks' flavors.

Went their for our anniversary meal, husband got the seafood platter which had very little for the price was expected more on the platter 26.00 I got the steak thought it came with a baked potato and asked for a side and asked if i
could change the tomato and onion salad and the server said " it just a garnish, " really..more of that on my plate then steak..and no baked potato asked for the veg of day which was broccoli...mine was 20.00 very disappointed heard so many people say you won't be disappointed..well I Was..never go again

We had an awful meal at Elmo's. We traveled 1 hr to eat there! Everything was served cold. I was with s party of 4 and everyone's meal was the same. The waitress did not even care. We waited 1 hr before we were served. We were not offered coffee or desert and we went to celebrate a birthday. So disappointed. Save time and money.
