Second day in a row. Wrong order. Does not take a brain surgeon to make a cup of coffee a complete an order. Also to wear a mask correctly as the death rate keep rising now over 125k. Is everyone just to stupid to live I guess so because people are dying and they are not getting it. Pay attention and stop wasting my money get my order right so I do through the coffee down the drain!!!

Do you know how disappointing it is when you get up early in am to go have a cup of coffee on several occasions go through the drive threw and get home and everyone in house hold gets dish water to drink. The coffee is so weak you get to drink cream water. This has happen so many times. WHY??? Is there not any quality control on how coffee is made? Standards? Do you put the coffee through two times? Seriously do you think I am coming back with the bad coffee to trade it back for good coffee? NO just through it out and hope next time for good coffee. We have spent thousands of dollars of coffee yes thousands of dollars over 70 years since my mother is 91 years old and loves DD coffee. Get your act together. Management what is wrong with you, do some education and training we cannot be the only one.
