I'm so glad I decided to order from here despite the mixed reviews, as the chicken pizza was delicious and the delivery person, Marciu, was very friendly. My husband loves Brazilian food, and since discovering Ninos, it has become his favorite restaurant; the burgers and Brazilian-style pizza are fantastic, and I can't wait to enjoy their amazing x-tudo and aí§aí­ dessert again.

10/24/2015 - Unsatisfied Customer!
I placed an order at 7:36 pm and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. My food had still not arrived by 8:26, So I called to inquire about the delivery. The same woman whom I placed the order with answered the phone. I asked her about my order and she said 20 more minutes for an order I ordered a whole hour ago. I said okay and hung up the phone and waited. It has now turned to 9:05 and still no delivery, at this point I am livid. My food did not arrive until 9:10 and my Buffalo Wings were cold and they gave me no salad dressing for my salad. I will NEVER order from this place again. I even emailed whatever customer service option they have on their website and received no response. I can clearly see that good customer service is not a priority for this restaurant and that is why they will NEVER receive my business again. I wish I didn't have to select any stars because they don't even deserve one star!
