The owner's disrespectful behavior towards staff and patrons, along with poor food handling and hygiene practices, seriously detract from the experience despite the menu's potential. While the food can be comforting and reasonably priced, the slow service and unpleasant atmosphere make it difficult to enjoy a quick or relaxed meal.
