LOVE THIS PLACE WE GO FOR OUR OFFICE XMAS PARTY EVERY YEAR.. THE ONLY THING IS THE POOR SHOWING OF ITS MENU ON LINE. NOT GOOD!

We had dinner reservations last night for 6:00.... excellent service.. waitress was one of the BEST.... Chicken Franchise was Delicious...Calamari ..Best... Double Chocolate Cake...and French Martini.... Pork Loin...so tender.. cut it with a fork.... been there many times and will be back again soon... Best Italian restaurant in Ct.. .

Quaint Italian vibe with traditional menu items. Family friendly with knowledgeable servers. When this place is busy, everyone is really hopping...and the bar can be packed with diners too. The homemade pasta is to die for. Luv it, luv it, luv it!! Large portions-so its easy to over-eat. I've never had a bad meal here. Must try the homemade rice pudding and frozen lemoncello desserts too. Definitely need a reservation.

Just read Ken's review below - his assumption that Roma isn't very good because they didn't answer their phone in a timely manner and don't have a website are the lamest and least important factors in reviewing a restaurant. Food quality, presentation, taste, value, service and overall experience are far more important in critiquing a restaurant. Roma gets top scores in all areas. Mangiare!

Would love to write a review but they never answered the phone when we called 15 times for a reservation. Is this place still open? Pretty mysterious as we tried looking for a web site to see what time they opened and closed as maybe we called when they were closed and couldn't even obtain that info. Overall the place mustn't be very good as they don't answer their phone to get new customers.
