Kiosk ordering is a joke, the employees ignore you and after 30 minutes they didn't make food, several people waiting inside and no one in drive through. Finally caught an employee leaving and they said there was no order. I guess the 6 other people waiting didn't go through either. The vernon location is a joke , and wanting to contact with your customers is poor service. They never ended up giving me the food and had to leave after 45 minutes. Never pay through the machine.
