While visiting West Haven, I sought out some Chinese food and decided to try Panda House on Elm Street. The service was friendly and the prices were reasonable, though the Kung Pao Chicken I ordered lacked the expected spiciness. Overall, I've found that the food is fresh, delivery is prompt, and it has become my go-to choice for Chinese cuisine in the area.
