The past 3 times I have ordered from Legends Pizza on 1500 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, CT, there has always been a problem with my order. I have ordered from here for as long as I can remember until recently. It should not take an order 3 hours to be made and delivered to my house which is in Hamden off of Dixwell Avenue. The employees are not professional and do not care if a customer is upset with their service. Tonight all I ordered was a small bacon pizza and a small tossed salad to be delivered in Hamden, CT. I ordered this at 5:52pm and did not receive my food until after 7pm. I called exactly hour after I ordered my food and told the lady on the phone that if my order was not going to be here within 10 minutes,i wished to cancel the order. She said the order would be delivered very soon. The order was delivered within 10 minutes. The only problem I have concerning my food was that the pizza was cold. I had to reheat it. The garlic bread was hard and cold as well. When I took a bite into my salad thinking how hard a salad be to mess up, I found a long piece of hair in my salad and the ranch dressing was not edible. I called back to inform the employees the food was not good at all and the lady responded with "Sooooo what do you want me to do about it?". I work in a business and as far as I am concerned, we do NOT treat customers in that tone of voice or with that much of disrespect. I will no longer be a customer to The Legends Pizza located on 1500 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden CT.
