During my stay in downtown New Haven near Yale, I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with well-utilized bathroom space and a cozy, inviting ambiance. The rooftop bar offered a lively atmosphere with good food and drinks, while the breakfast experience by the window provided generous portions and attentive service from Robin. Parking was convenient though comes with a fee, and the staff's friendliness made the overall experience enjoyable despite some minor check-in delays.
