Our accidental Saturday night landing at Pacifico turned into a birthday bash to remember, complete with a mojito large enough to swim in and fish tacos that danced on my taste buds. The vibe upstairs was roomy and lovely, with service so good Oscar might as well have been the mayor of great dining experiences. Between the passion fruit flan, killer Oaxaca Old Fashioned, and empanadas that made me rethink snack time, I'm already plotting my next visit to this New Haven hotspot!
