As someone from NY trying this restaurant chain for the first time, I experienced great service, quick and tasty food with a large menu and ample parking, enjoyed dishes like the lobster roll, flatbread, and tips while noting some inconsistencies like overcooked black bean burgers and limp salads, but overall found the staff attentive and friendly, curbside pickup seamless, and the atmosphere welcoming, making it a reliably good dining option.
