The pizza and grinders at Ann's are consistently delicious, making it my go-to choice in the area. Kim's friendly service and the quick delivery add to the overall great experience, even if the delivery fee is a bit steep for such a short distance. I always find the thick crust and fresh ingredients to be satisfying, and my picky five-year-old can't get enough of the fried mozzarella!

The food is always great, but $10.64 for a half grinder is totally ridiculous. I think Ann's just lost a customer.😢😢

Great food, always cooked to perfection, always yummy no matter what you order! Fantastic service, we always order take out and it is always made within 15 minutes. Also the gals that work there are always sweet, and kind! Definitely our #1 place to order out! The prices are fantastic, very reasonable, as well as the amount you get for the price! 5 star place in our eyes!
