The attentive staff consistently delivers friendly, efficient service alongside generous portions of delicious, well-executed breakfast classics like fluffy chocolate chip pancakes and hearty omelets. With a diverse menu offering gluten-free options and excellent coffee, each visit feels like a warm, satisfying culinary experience that keeps me coming back whenever I'm in the area.

Went in a few weeks ago and was treated with kindness and speed for a good breakfast experience.. great service and bottomless coffee. I had biscuits and gravy with fruit and it was tasty. Would send anyone here. Will be back soon!

Do yourself a favor and give Thread City Diner in Willimantic a miss. Had never been until this morning when I ordered the 'Spicy Chicken Omelette'. Overcooked eggs, raw peppers & onions - it's a diner - par for the course I suppose. But the mystery meat of the processed, pre-frozen, uniformly-shaped kind, was something I wasn't expecting and couldn't bring myself to eat. When I told my server she asked if I 'wanted to pick it out myself'. I told her I didn't realize the chicken would be a processed meat product and would like another omelette. She came back to tell me that the cook/owner refused to replace it and did I want to wrap it to take it home since I would be paying for it. Serves me right for not going across the street to Cafí©mantic for their Huevos Rancheros!
