I love the friendly, efficient service and homemade, fresh food-with standout dishes like the homemade corn chowder and Turkey Gobbler sandwich-though I think the $4.00 price for a coke is a bit steep, this cozy, old-school diner vibe and consistently satisfying meals keep me coming back whenever I'm in town.

I really like grabbing breakfast or lunch here - the food is tasty, and the servers are super friendly and quick. The only downside is that the sodas are $4, which seems a bit steep to me. A price around $3.50 would feel more reasonable.

I ordered an omelette to go. I was asked if I wanted cheese and white, wheat or rye. Good so far.
But,,,my fault, when they said cheese, I assumed cheddar (very common in a Western omelette) or swiss.
I didn't expect American (not actual cheese). When I thought you couldn't ruin an omelette - I was wrong, ew gross. Then there was the burnt toast - this is not the only place that I've had that problem. But, since I didn't discover it until I got home, there wasn't much I could do other than make my own. On to the home fries. They were not very thoroughly cooked. Still a little on the hard side. I threw them back in the skillet to salvage them. All in all, when I thought I was going out to get myself a nice breakfast without cooking. I was extremely disappointed. I basically ordered breakfast out and recooked it at home. They also did not offer jelly or ketchup. This was my second visit. The first was average - nothing particularly good - nothing particulary bad. If average is the best they can do, I won't be going back.
