Slow service. The staff seemed bothered to even take the oder and the order came with toast and did not receive it till after we were done. I could hear the employees laughing in the kitchen about getting peoples orders wrong and saying oh well, we can only do what we can do. If i could give less than 1 star i would. I watched people come in to be seated and they were not even acknowledged for at least 15 minutes. They walked out. If they are short on staff, please do not even bother opening as the service will be shoddy and time consuming. Ill never come back here again. Find another place to eat.

I would recommend not ordering from Denny's as a pickup or online order if your order is under $100 during their rush hour. Mind you, I have probably spent over $500 if you add up the total of meals I ordered from the last two years. Today I ordered over the phone and the total was around $26. Told it would take 20min. My husband goes to pick it up order is not ready and they said they ran out of some ingredients for my omelette. I said forget the omelette and told my husband to pick up the grand slam I also ordered. He called back saying the cooks are not even concerned about your order because they have a $100 order they are trying to complete. Next time I will just order from IHOP, they have better pancakes anyway. Recommendation to Denny's is to have enough cooks and ingredients for your peak rush times. Especially if you are having ppl dine in, order online, and call in for pick up
