I called for 1 hour and 15 mins. First call was told id be transferred downstairs to the bar( which in my eyes is pure laziness all orders should be designated to one area regardless of the menu type, the host is never doing anything but sitting down on her phone ir reading anyway) i waited and it came to a voicemail? What kind of resteraunt sends u to voicemail during business hours? I then called back 7 times in an hour span to order food and noone answered. Horrible business image.finally got an answer an hour later and explained what happened to the host. Her response " i wasnt near the phone what can i get you" i simply told her an hour with noone near the phone is horrible for business and that i would not be dining with them ever again. Not too mention their food is always soggy and undercooked. You wonder why your business is plummeting? Start with your rude uncaring staff
