I have never ever had a bill ripped up and thrown in my face.. well at least my husband's face!!! We were with a big group and for some reason half of our food didn't make it to the table. The service was awful, we watched other tables get food as well as half our table had food. Finally, when half our party asked for to go bags.. they told us they ddin't put the bill in.
The food came another 45 minutes later, except for 2 more meals that took another 20 minutes.
When my husband had asked about getting a discount for such awful food delivery. The waitress ripped up our bill with the others, threw it in our faces and said.. "Fine!!! Steal from me and don't pay".
We had every inention of payting but was looking for maybe some sign of remorese and maybe a free appetizer,etc. I was floored when she ripped the bill and threw it in our faces.
The food was plentiful, but I will say it really wasn't that good compared to other North End restaurants for the same or maybe a little more.
