Roberto's has been a cherished spot for my family since childhood, offering something for all tastes. The warm ambiance, friendly service, and delicious menu items make it a go-to choice.

Nothing like the original Roberto's. Once it sold they slapped on table cloths and raised the prices. Very upset that we could not make a substitute topping on the pizza because the computer couldn't handle it.

I worked there for about 6 months. I was not impressed with the wy the food was prepared and served. The waitstaff seemed to be more concerned about other things rather than the customer. There were times when the food would sit up waiting to be delievered for almost 10 minutes because nobody could find a waitstaff member.
Food may take longer to be served due to the lack of skill of the employees, and the common 5 minute cigarette break every 10 minutes. If employees actually stayed on task, your food would be there in less than half the time it normally takes.
The atmosphere feels warm and cozy. The restaurant is small and that gives it a very family oriented appeal. They rely very heavily on regular customers coming in maybe once or twice a week. So in that sense, many do enjoy it enough to be regulars, although, they were coming long before the new owners came in and changed everything, in my opinion, for the worse.
The outside of the building looks run down and is in a poor location with absolutly no parking. On a busy day, it could take you almost as long to find a parking space, as it would to eat your meal.
Fianlly, the food is nothing spectacular, but I wouldn't go as far as to say its bad. To me it seems like a very traditional italian/american restaurant, with your average quality food. Don't go there and expect to have the great plate of food you have ever seen (or tasted).
Overall, it is worth a try, and is a nice place to visit if you have never been. If you prefer smaller more personal restaurants, this is for you, but if you are looking for a dazzling restaurant experience, this is not for you.
