Our dining experience at Union Station was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by waitress Kenzie V. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly enhanced our meal. Kenzie's recommendations were spot-on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for us. We are excited to return and explore the tunnel bar for a pre or post-dinner drink.

The one thing Union Station has going for itself is the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was pretty frustrating. The service was absolutely terrible: we waited with our menus on our laps for 45 minutes before even getting any attention from our waitress. When bringing us our deserts, she brought them over, but forgot about them after a party took her attention away. My ice cream melted by the timeshe came to continue serving our deserts.
The food was only average, plates averaging $17 dollars, and the salad bar could not have been any worse. I think I had more choices at Pizza Hut's salad bar.

Overall, I would NOT recommend this restaurant, unless you enjoy paying for overpriced meals and sub par service.
