My Husband and I frequent this restaurant and we like it a lot. Especially for breakfast. The prices are good, the food is good and the service is good also. Try it.

My husband and I have been going here for years. The food is good and you get a lot for what you pay. Unfortunately I had a recent bad experience there. I talk about how good they are so frequently that when my mother came up to visit, I decided to take her there. From the get go it was awful. The waitress rudely told us to sit down "where ever." She saw that we had my 14 month old son with us, and never bothered to get us a high chair, or even ask if we needed one. I asked her for one and she just pointed to where they kept them. Most places get one for you. I wouldn't have minded getting my own if she wasn't so rude about it. She brought over menus but never returned. There were only 4 other tables sat at the time, so it wasn't as though it was busy. My mom waved to her and said that we were ready. The waitress just turned around and continued to shift coffee mugs on a rack. After about 20 minutes with no coffee and no hope of ever getting food, we left. As we were leaving the waitress said "sorry I couldn't get to you sooner." My mom replied that she didn't get to us at all, and that there is no excuse for what just happened. The waitress just gave a blank stare. The people that came in after us hadn't been waited on either, and I hope that they came to their senses and left too. I will not be returning.

The experience at Cookie's was pleasant. While the food was well prepared and quick, the atmosphere was a little too assembly line for my taste. I look for a quainter atmosphere in a breakfast diner. This is a great place for a family with children. They can accomodate larger groups and there is little delay in seating or service, Plus kids get a picture of Cookie and his chuckwagon to color and place on the wall. The prices are a little higher than the other breakfast eateries in Nashua, but you don't feel as though you are getting ripped-off. (P.S. I never give tens so nines are really good)
