too expensive on dinner time, only worth it at lunch time. food is ok but not great. always go with tip money because if you don't leave them a tip they will ask you for it before you leave.

We've been loving this place for 13 years, but will admit that you really have to know what you like in Thai flavors or you could be disappointed. For example, all their soups are heavily spiked with fish sauce which is often unfamiliar to the American palate.

We have brought scores of friends here over the years and they have never been disappointed. For appetizers, the Siam Rolls are the lightest and crispiest fried rolls you will ever encounter with a sweet dipping sauce, and the Beef Satay with peanut sauce and cucumber relish are mouthwatering with just a hint of curry flavor.

From the house specialities, the Pla King Khoon is delicious fried fish tossed with sauteed vegetables and shrimp in a ginger sauce that can be made spicy if you like. Its one of my husband's favorites also.

What our guests always like about the menu is the last page where you pick your protein and match it with a vegetable/sauce medley. First are the curries which are all well done with coconut milk. One of our favorites is Massaman curry with duck. Can be hot or mild to your taste.

It then says Spicy then Non-Spicy selections, but they will actually make any dish either hot or not to your taste. Some of favorites are garlic and pepper with chicken or scallops and tofu with ginger sauce. One friend liked the Thai Basil but another did not like the Chili Paste.

Without doubt the plain pad thai is the best around. Have had oily versions at other places--Giant's is a perfect balance--not too much peanut or fish sauce.

Service is always excellent, but you have to be patient because the dishes come out in waves sometimes. Enjoy a Thai beer and chill--life is too short to complain about good food at great prices.

Fantastic fresh food. Been going since the early 1990's. I never thought I would even try Thai food, but now it is my favorite thanks to the Giant. Wife loves the Crispy Radna with Chicken and Shrimp. I like the Asparagus and cashews with scallops. Always get the siam rolls and tom yum soup for appetizers. Try the thai ice tea for a cool refreshing treat.

This place is great. The food is fantastic, and the service is top notch. I love the Mussaman Curry with duck and order it almost every time. Chinese is too heavy and graesy. This food is light and full off flavor not grease. Nashua is lucky to have a restaurant like this. Cheers!

review_stars 12/26/2007 - One of our two favorite restaurants
My husband and I have been going to the Giant of Siam since it's opening. Our son is now 19 and when he was just a toddler we would order Rainbow Chicken for him because it wasn't spicy. Little by little he eventually started eating our favorites, chicken w/cashews and chile paste, as well as pla chile fish filet. The very friendly waitresses have watched our son grow over the years from a tiny boy and now a college student. Next time we visit the Giant, I think I will ask for our usual, and they will more than likely know exactly what that is. Chinese just doesn't cut it for us, we love this restaurant, and are never concerned that it will not live up to our expectations.

Absolutely the best thai fod ever. i've been going here with my family since i was a small child, and i now live in a big city and still have not found better thai. service is friendly, food is outstanding. if this place was around the corner on main street, it would have 2x more customers. plus the decor is a bit traditional and old-fashioned, but that doesn't take away from the fact that this restaurant always delivers 100%

Food was good. I found the portions somewhat skimpy - for the price. Location isn't too great and parking can be inconvenient.

The Absolute Best Resturant in town. Service is always great! The amount/quality of food for the price is incredible, and very consistent. I have been going there for 12 years, and I have had only 2 meals where it was a little different, but still good! Only downfall is parking, but I would highly recommend finding a place to park and walking...You will not be dissapointed.

Very good Thai food.
Curry puffs, spicy fish and mango chicken are excellent.
Pity they removed all the long-growing plants in the windows.
