They were busy and the employees were trying but it took 15-20 minutes after I ordered my food in the store for it to come out. When it did it my burgers were barely like warm on had to many toppings the other to few and the buns were soggy. I usually love there double cheese burger but to day I threw half of mine out. Also I tried calling the store after multiple times to speak with a manager and they never picked up
