I just bought 1/2 soup and salad. The lettuce was anything but crisp and the tomatoes were mush. I had to throw it out. I ordered the black bean soup which was watery and had no flavor let alone beans. This was the worst lunch and waste of money I have ever had.

Panera is amazing. it has the best atmosphere and food ive ever had or experienced. anyone who thinks otherwise is just being straight up snobby and not realizing that it is a great alternative to fast food. they are usually very busy and everyone makes mistakes sometimes. but to me its the friken best.

Called for take out, had to be transferred by impatient cashier, then put to "manager" from which I was trying to order 8 half sandwiches for my company. When employee arrived with 8 sandwiches and an $81+ receipt, I was angry. Never again. I made the order, I know what I ordered and was not listened too. Not the first time, but will be the last.

Very reasonable food if a little bland.

Panera has great food that is reasonably priced. I also like that they have added more organic ingedients to their menu, and removed the trans-fats from some of their items. (Some still contain trans-fats, however. This is very unhealthy. You can get all the ingredients to anything they sell on their web site.)
