After a fun time at the Rage Cage with my coworkers, we spontaneously decided to grab a drink at Slade's, drawn by its convenient location and lively atmosphere that welcomed us to enjoy a game of pool and karaoke, making for a laid-back and enjoyable experience that left us feeling right at home.

I've been going to Slades for about 2yrs now. But last night was my LAST night there. I was greeted at the door by some drunk belligerent guy who decided he didn't want me in "his" bar. He grabbed me by the back of my shirt and dragged me out of the bar. He was told to leave, but only long enough for me to finish my drink, and then it was "suggested" that I leave....really?! They were willing to lose 3 people that were there to drink, just so a total jackass could come back?! My business will be taken elsewhere. If you're a female, don't go here unless you want problems with the male "regulars". I will be spreading the word about what happened! And the food is only good depending on who's cooking, but it's still over priced for the amount you get

Over priced watered down drinks, the food was average at best. As for the service it was not friendly or attentive, the bartenders were more interested in their cell phones or talking to people then actually waiting on customers. The atmosphere is dark and dingy, definitely could use updating. However, the clientele is very entertaining, its a type of place to go if you like to people watch. But don't expect a good drink the mixed drinks are watered down, so stick to bottled beer.

So until they make some changes I do not recommend this bar, there are better choice in the downtown Nashua area to enjoy a night out.

Over priced watered down drinks, service was not welcoming.The atmosphere was interesting enough.Its a type of place you go only if you know people there otherwise everyone leaves you alone but seems like a mellow enough place to kick back and drink bottled beers.
As for the drafts I didn't not try them after having a watered down shot in a shot glass that was large on the outside but only a fingers width on the inside....Point being I have had better drinks for less.1 star for quality and 2 stars for atmosphere.
