After frequenting TJs for three years, we have noticed the quality of pizza has gone down. They are skimping on the sauce and the cheese and oh, by the way, the toppings are scant. What used to be excellent pizza now sucks and tastes like dry cardboard. Sadly, I finally had to complain and it was after a few inconsistent orders. I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. This night we had company. We had to bring the pizza back to exchange for two more which were a little better, BUT the attitude of the owner was most unwelcoming. Anyone can have a bad night, but costumer service should be a priority especially in the food industry and during the pandemic. Not only was the manager that I spoke with a cold fish, she gave my husband a hard time because we all had a slice and yes, it was horrible and yes we decided to complain. She commented that we ate so much. Well maybe we should have put the half eaten slices back in the box instead of feeding the birds with the remains!!? Really?? At any rate, I’m very disappointed. I won’t return.

This place is disgusting ,the people who own have no idea how to run a business. The food is trash they have horrible food handling of chicken and meat these people don't even know what a thermometer is to check food.
TRUST ME STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DONT RISK IT NOT WORTH IT

I place a $60 order for our company (just like I do every week) and they call me back and give me crap about asking for extra dressing. I understand that if you gave everyone free extra dressing it add's up, but seriously one time? send the driver with a note for next time instead of calling me and rudely trying to instruct me to add another order just for the dressing. I actually stopped calling in because of the attitude I get over the phone.
If it wasn't for my boss making me order from here I would never eat there, poor service, over priced and mediocre food.

To Unhappy customer....i have always had great experiences at TJ's...from the food to the service. i am writing to say i had the best Chicken bacon ranch pizza there the other night and noticed your comment. have also had great subs from there as well. Meatball subs are the best...and homemade!! Thanks TJ's for another great meal!!

A few months ago I called in speeding delivery driver come to fine out it,was his son. I brought to his attention and all I got was excuses stating he called m neighbors and said he wasn't. All I asked was for an apology and got the brush off and will never set food in there again and tell friends not to go there. He thinks his sh** don't Stink with a remark oh my son wouldn't get a speeding ticket. As if he had someone on police to use and abuse.

Had the best Buffalo chicken calzone ever from TJ's the other night. Always great food whether pizza,or subs etc. staff is always very friendly and helpful. Great job

TJ's has the best pizza in town...great deals (2 xlarge for 17.99) and the toppings are fresh!!! subs and salads are a great deal also. Fresh produce delivered daily...can't beat that. staff is very friendly and helpful also. Keep up the good work TJ's

Customer service is not in least bit a concern to the owner. Sandwich bread was wrong, soup was wrong. I discovered this after picking up my food and getting to my destination 20 minutes away. 2nd time this has happened. This time I called and the owner (Frank) replied: "Thanks for the info, dear." That was it - no credits given. If it cost a single dollar for those items I would not return due to a severe lack of respect from this man. However, they cost much more than a single dollar. A sandwich, not a sub, and a cup of soup = $9.80

I ordered from this place the other night and first they screwed up my order and when i called to tell them they put me on hold for 10 minutes. when they finally got back to me the girl on the other line was rude and told me there wasn't anything they could do about it.. i wanted my food made the right way is that so wrong? if you can not take an order correctly maybe you shouldn't answer the phone..place sucks!!

I think TJ's has the best pizza in town as well as great subs and salads. My family orders from here all the time. They always have coupons and delivery is free!!! Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Good job TJ's

i work in the area and have been going to tj's for some time, however, lately things haven't been up to par so to speak. i have seen many cut backs on the amt of food for the price and the owner Mary seems to be a real witch. not to be rude but i really don't like when store owners are rude any way looks like i will be dining elsewhere.

I have been ordering from these guys for over a year..... tonight my family and I (6of us) ordered dinner...We had a big problem the salad had rotten lettuce, the sub was made incorrectly, and lastly the fried haddock had hair fried in the batter.... now i never would be writing if it were not for the bad customer relations from the owner Frank. When told of our problems he told us he would credit the entire meal back to the credit card and then told us "PLEASE DO NOT EVER CALL US AGAIN" This is after a year of business with them... We are so hurt by this. Guess he does not need our roughly $2100 a year.

to be quite honest their cheap and tasteless. the staff and i mean staff are friendly but that owner he can be such an arrogant jerk...the food is so so i mean the pizza could be cooked longer the italian subs should be thin meat not hunks of gob...i chose another place to go...oh well

Rude staff, they don't even want to make eye contact. Screwed up my order... Don't know how you confuse a chicken Parmesan with a meatball. The meatball sub I didn't want was crap too. Pizza's pretty good but overpriced. Boss is a prick.

these guys are living off their previous reputation. They have cutback and it really shows. it's too bad too, because it will take them a long time to win back some of the old customers who have stopped going there. like me

You know, I have to agree about the cutbacks. I buy mostly pizza there, and the last few times they have cut waaaay back on the toppings. I used to think this place was great, but now I am leaning toward other places...

It's too bad. i tried to send them an email about it, but there is nowhere on their site...

I have been going to TJ's for about 4 years for lunch and was very impressed with the quality of food in the beginning. I must say, over the past 6 months or so the quality of the food has suffered. Generally, I get salads and the amounts of feta and other vegetables other than lettuce has decreased exponentially while the prices went up. Also, noticed quality control issues as the lettuce has not been fresh and pita bread at my last visit tasted like something that had been sitting around for some time. I am not impressed with how corners seem to have been cut and am considering going elsewhere as I no longer look forward to getting a meal there. I have found from other co-workers that they concur with this observation and don't feel the level of quality is there anymore with a lot of their products.

This is a great deli and pizzeria. I actually think this is some of the best pizza around.
