If you like healthy food or vegan food, this is the restaurant for you. Meat-free Mondays? Go there. It has a full ChineseVietnamese style veg menu with high protein mock chicken, mock beef.. you name it. Tastes great and healthy, what's not to like about it. It also has great beef PHO and other non-veg food. Go try it. What I also like is that it is a true Mom-and-Pop shop that treats you right, without any pretense. Real good food for real people.

ALRIGHT let me start out by saying this used to be my favorite restaurant--then I woke up and have never gone back to sleep. First time I got glass in my soup--okay, gross....didn't go back for a few months; (I work in restaurants, If a glass is broken anywhere NEAR food--you throw it all away, its really that simple..) Anyways, so there's that. I go back a few months later, and there are cockroaches on my table....ALRIGHT this is forgiveable--because they happen a lot, but combined with the previous experience I'm starting to get the hibi jeebs.....SO, one year later (yesterday) I go back once again, and I GET FOOD BOURNE ILLNESS first of all, the onions look like they've been kickin' around for a while--the TVP (aka mock whatever) looks like its been "recycled" the whole thing screams, we are bored with our lives and going to produce the lowest quality possible while laughing at the people of Nashua......

Of all the hot & sour soups I've had, this one is the BEST! Flavor, flavor, flavor! Very affordably priced, and you can get a beer with your meal.

Make sure to check your takeout order. I ordered two dinners and when I got home one dinner was totally wrong! what a pain not to mention a dinner I did not like.

My stunningly beautiful, easy going girlfriend and i get take out quite often from the noodle house. The food is delicious. As for those upset with the in-house service, i think that one is on you, look at the place. It's about the food and it is the best around.

My girlfriends and I really wanted to try this place today. It's really too bad that San Francisco Kitchen, across the street got our business instead, because we waited in the freezing cold outside of this place for 45 minutes past the posted 11:30 "opening times", and finally gave up. After our (delicious by the way), lunch across the street, we noticed that Vietnam Noodle House must've apparently opened up, somewhere after and hour late. Maybe someday they will open up on time, and we can try them out and change this review!

LOVE THIS PLACE
I go here on a regular basis and are never disappointed, we love the soups.. always more than enough to stuff you for under $7! Cant go wrong with that pricing!!
I love the mock beef stirfry for any of you veggies out there, it is always a favorite.
All in all I definitely recommended this place to everyone!

While my family and I go there frequently I have to say, the service there is horrible. One time the kid who was waiting tables spend most of his time on his cell phone. The next time the waiter didn't speak any English and messed up the order. This past time the waiter was good but it was busy and he was all alone. It took us forever to get out of there once we were done eating because we couldn't get our check processed fast enough. If the food wasn't yummy we wouldn't go there.

we just started eating vegan about 2 weeks ago. first place we have gone out to. we have a 3 yr old so the atmosphere was perfect. not junky but not too elegant so we were uncomfortable with bringing toys to occupy her. ordered the Vietnamese pizza... amazing!!!! the tofu and eggplant casserole... yummmm.... lo mien with mock chicken... our picky eater didn't even know the difference and ate tons. it was great as well. finally we had the mock beef with tomatoes, peppers onions and pineapple. GREAT!... a little slow but not bad. prices were great everything under 35.00.
it was clean and simply amazing.. glad to know there are places with amazing vegan food for great prices! A+++ restaurant...

My husband and I tried the Noodle House today. We both had Pho, with a side of pork fried rice. I thought things were a bit oily....and they never offered us water, and never came over to check if we needed anything. The Pho was good, with many options to try. I'd go back and give it another try. But they really should pay more attention to their customers.

I live near the noodle house. It's the number one requested stop when friends are up from Boston and NYC. It's family owned and operated. My only compliant is that sometimes they don't open on time but they get the place up and running quickly when they do. The sign says 11:30. Aim for noon.

Still the best and I mean the best vegan food I've had in New England.

Wanted to try Vietnam Noodle House for lunch today. I was there at 11:50 am, but the door was locked and there was no sign of activity. (11:30 am is the nominal opening time, according to the sign.)

Nice affordable price, and the most importantly their noodles taste great! I like 24M.

The menu image is out of date, so prices are bit higher at this point(2/2010). Their interior is not like for romantic dating, so go with right person at the right time. Also, I saw many people came to eat alone as well as group.

Fantastic. The best vegan/vegetarian menu in the Manchester/Nashua area that I know of. The double tasted tofu and gluten is amazing! Other highlights are the tofu chicken fingers, veggie fried rice (with mock beef or chicken), and the fried noodle with veggies and mock beef/chicken.

The "mock" meats are some form of flavored gluten, and are really good. You don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy them, and be glad you're cutting down your fat and cholesterol intake.

Very, VERY affordable! The fried rice is very generous, and under $7! Most entrees are about $8.

While the decor may be cheesy, the food is darn tootin' tasty and very affordable. I just love the rice noodles, appetizers, the list goes on. My favorite apps are the dumplings and the crispy spring rolls.

The Pho is great! The 12M is my choice. We usually get it to go. The package the broth seperate from the meat & veggies. When you get home combine them and it's fantastic.

Overall this place is a good deal. Good food at really good price. It always takes a while to get your order however and the atmosphere is a bit bland. But the food is worth it. Try the tofu stir fry!

Very good Vietnamese food - makes a great take-out - menu is a bit complicated and needs simplifying and clarifying what "mock" exactly is!
