Whoa! So I wanted my husband to have something new and exciting for his 30th birthday so I picked this place. We have heard mostly good things but some bad mixed in. This really was a horrible experience. It was aactually ok up unitl the entrees came. The apps were good, but the entrees were disgusting. I got shrimp scampi and felt like I was eating dirty sink water it was gross. Hubby got a delmonico and there was no flavor. My poor kids hot dog was cold and my in-laws were with us as well. Dad had the lamb and because hes a man he ate it but it wasn't done right and had no flavor as well as moms steak. The men ate theirs but we refused. The server said she would get a manager and she never came so when she dropped the check she just said the manager took 3 meals off! Really? You don't even come over you just take off $40 worth of food? Wrong! This was the most horrible experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We will not go back no matter what we hear!

Set in a great old barn, food was okay but extremely expensive especially for middle-of-nowhere Merrimack - eg. $40 for a lazy lobster which was tough and had hardly any meat.
Despite calling ahead, waited ages to get in and the greeting/receptionist staff were not apologetic, helpful or even particularly friendly.

Love the atmosphere (very cool old barn) but the food can be hit or near miss. Never had any terrible food but sometimes I leave dissapointed. Service can be VERY slow (it always looks like they give their staff too many tables.) Still I would recommend it.

I love this steakhouse nestled in a old barn. Definately makes you feel like you should be eating a good steak. The food doesn't let you down either. A little cheaper then its competition down the road, but very good!
