I just called to try and order some food from Mika and the girl who answered the phone wouldn't stop having a conversation with another person long enough to take my order. After saying the same order 3 times in a row, I just said forget it and hung up. Worst service I've ever had in my life.

We go here pretty much every day.
Honestly, the only reason we go back is because the food is pretty good for the price.

Their service is SO BAD though! They've messed up on our order countless times, they never pack the to-go bag properly, and you have to wait an eternity to get some extra soy sauce. And they just let the phone ring if they're doing something, they don't even bother answering. Also, if you are waiting at the register and they are busy, they won't even acknowledge that you are there. I have a serious problem with their service, really it's like they don't even try to make their customers happy.Did I mention that they usually only have one person cashiering, answering phones, bussing, and serving? It's ridiculous. And they keep getting new people that are beyond incompetent!

It pains me to go there and deal with the dreadful service, but I will because it's cheaper than Sushiya and better quality than Sushilicious.

When you go to Mika Restaurant for the first time you will want to return because the food and service are great.

This is the best place to go when you want sushi and just don't want to pay a fortune. The food is really good, sushi is great, so are the salads, don't miss the shrimp tempura crunch roll. Service is good and friendly. The place has a casual atmosphere, it's clean.

Wide selection of sushi. Bulgogi bowl is very tasty! The only downside to Mika is the wait---if you are in a hurry or have a short lunch time---better call ahead!
