On 5-5-08 I went to this location for the first time. I live near by and love their sandwiches. The female manager (whom I believe is appropriately named "Meana") was so rude to me that I was uncomfortable ordering from her-(not knowing what she might do to my order) I actually ended up driving to the Calle Real location where, as usual, they were exceptioally kind and professional. -the food rating is for Calle Real, Hollister will remain unknown
