Our favorite Chinese restaurant!

I learned of Shang Hai many years ago. Yvette, her husband and crew have provided me, my son and friends the best Chinese food available in Santa Barbara. Because I have only mostly ordered to go I can't qualify the service. Oh yeah, I spent 25 years in the business, I have a clue the staff rocks! Times I sat down were great as well. Have to stop typing and order!
