Are used to come here for years to hear the music and then they started doing the whole only reservation so they can get money for dinner too. I don’t usually have a problem doing that because I am a huge supporter of live music however I do have a problem with consistently lousy food and with consistently lousy service and that the club needs to realize that the only reason why they’re still open is because of some of the decent musical asked that they book and that these acts I have fans that want to come see them otherwise your rooms it would be empty ? Yourself either needs to go back to school or you need to replace him with someone who knows how to prepare California cuisine and an edible fashion that doesn’t break the bank. Your prices are OK but basically when I tried your beef stroganoff which was absolutely disgusting you should’ve paid me to eat it. I have heard the same way Mark for more than half the people I know that go to your establishment and I know for sure you have had these complaints before how long is it going to take before you actually do something to fix the problem or are you just waiting for your doors to close down all together just like all the other local music venues have done in this town? I would also suggest you take a second look at your waitstaff and have somebody in charge who really knows what they’re doing and can keep them in line and keep your customers happy that’s the only way you keep them coming back if you didn’t know that you have no business doing business.
