Stacky's has the best burgers BEST burgers in Santa Barbara! You can also order any of their burgers or sandwiches "protein style". Most restaurants can't seem to master this technique and serve something like a patty on a piece of lettuce. I cannot eat bread, so this is very important to me. Stacky's protein burgers are wrapped in lettuce and almost just as hearty as a regular burger.

I really don't understand what the people who have given them poor reviews. Stacky's definitely has it's own funky style. They're food is definitely not "from Costco". Maybe they're getting Stacky's mixed up with the dump The Nugget across the street.

Just ate "The Griller" 10 min go, a tasty tasty sammich, pretty unique! Fish n chips are not bad too, not transcendent, but good. This is a great divey place on the way to Santa Barbara. I'm happy it's there, a decent local place with character. People who think this place sucks should stick to going to Islands or Carrows.

06/08/2009 - Absolutely AWFUL
I received luke-warm pork (I think it had been sitting on the counter? It was just s tiny bit over room temperature) AND a filthy coin in my drink - which I didn't see until I drank it because it was served in a styrofoam cup.

I will NEVER eat here again.

I haven't had anything decent from this place except the breakfast burritos. The burritos aren't even that great. Pretty expensive. I guess this place is still in business because of the tourists. They seem to use a lot of costco premade food. The hamburgers are definitely from costco.
