These are REAL neighborhood, QUALITY butchers here! They have been serving Santa Barbara and Montecito for many years with only one other butcher in the entire area (Montecito Village Grocery). The Tri-Tip Steak Sandwiches are out of this world --you can smell them barbequing from blocks around, starting in the wee hours -- as are the homemade sausages!
