Shintori Sushi Factory in Santa Barbara offers an intimate dining experience with fresh, flavorful sushi and exceptional service that truly reflects the care of its family-owned operation. The donuts are surprisingly delicious, with a fluffy texture paired perfectly with maple syrup, making them a standout item alongside their miso soup and peanut butter salad. Despite limited seating and sometimes challenging parking, the quality and taste of their rolls, udon, and other dishes consistently impress and keep me coming back.
